God has given me an anylitical mind and it is rewarding and fun for me to help people figure things out. Not only do I have a degree in business administration, but I have a lot of real world experience to go with it. I have owned multiple businesses, flipped/wholesaled over 100 properties, owned multiple rentals, I am a licensed loan officer and real estate salesperson, I have been married for over 24 years (happily for most of them) and have three beautiful children who are healthy. I have had business successes and failures and have accumulated a lot of experience that is beneficial to others. [As a side note, this family picture is way out of date. My oldest son is taller than me, my second son is almost as tall as me, and my daughter is within striking distance of my wife. And my wife is even more beautiful now if you can believe that.]
